  • What is your Shipping Policy?

  • How can I track my order?

How nice that you are curious about your order! After you have ordered, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a track & trace code. This makes it easy to track your package. If you need help, we are always there for you!

  • How can i return my order?

Of course, it can happen that something is not quite to your liking. Don't worry, returns are very easy! Report your return within 30 days of receipt by emailing our customer service team at info@perfectpoolsllc.com We will then ensure that the return process is set in motion.

  • When will the return amount be refunded to my bank?

We usually refund the return amount within 10 days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Learn more in our Refund Policy page.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping?

No! At Perfect Pools LLC, we want to give you the ultimate shopping experience. All products are therefore shipped by us for free.

  • When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays will be dispatched the next day. You will receive a track & trace code in your e-mail so you can easily follow the status of your order.

  • What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

Oops! This is, of course, not what we intended. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know right away. Send us an e-mail or message with your order number and a photo, and we'll fix it for you as soon as possible. We apologies for the inconvenience, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

  • Can I still change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, so cancelling or changing may be difficult. But don't worry, contact us directly and we'll be happy to see what we can do for you. If we can't do it, we will of course help you with return process!
